My purpose and passion in life has always been to help others. As a lifelong athlete, I have focused that calling on health and wellness, helping individuals reach their fitness goals through sustainable lifestyle changes with an end goal of improving quality of life.

In high school and college I ran track and played volleyball, which taught me early on the vital importance of fuel and fitness to maximize performance.  More importantly, I also learned that taking care of my body gave me the confidence and strength I needed to be the leader, and woman, I wanted to be outside of athletics. Once I learned this for myself, I knew I wanted to help others feel the same way.

I followed my passion to a masters program after graduating from college, and then joined the team at Pepperdine University, where I built the foundation of my career, spending 10 years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach working with athletes across a range of sports.

After Pepperdine, I launched my own training business to help clients ACROSS ALL life stages to reach their goals. I have found helping individuals set and achieve their goals and make healthy habit changes that last a lifetime to be incredibly rewarding and am inspired by being part of their journey.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending time with family, playing beach volleyball, and enjoying nature.
